“I went in to have a document notarized and the manager, Kelly Day was able to get me right in and notarize the documents with both the seal and stamp (my documents needed both) quickly and efficiently. I had my children with me and Kelly gave them sunglasses and lollipops, they still love to wear their sunglasses from Ms Kelly! Not only did Kelly take her time to actually talk and get to know us, but so did her staff! Everyone made us feel so welcome and like we were family.”

“Love LMCU, however this branch gave us stress when adding my husband to my account. They had almost lost the paperwork I handed to them the day before. Just wasn’t impressed through that process. After that happenstance, though, they’ve been fine with other things we’ve came for. Such as ordering checkbooks, setting up new cards, regular transactions/deposits.. they were helpful with that and friendly.If you’re going to turn left out of the parking lot, it’s near impossible especially during rush hours. I’d suggest turning right and finding somewhere to turn around or something. Not LMCU’s fault. Just fyi.”
“I see this branch get bad reviews, not sure why though. Never had an issue. They have let me in early before the bank opens and I’ve had to stop in at or slightly after closing with no issue. Ignacio, has helped me a couple times. He was very polite and professional. I get that when it comes to finances people tend to get upset when things don’t go 100% their way. 1 star reviews though? Especially about ATM issues that the staff likely have absolutely no control over? Come on now, that’s just ridiculous.”

“I recently visited their branch to deposit a check that had me and another parties name on it and was frustrated to find the teller could not be of any service to us and said there was nothing that could be done. Thank God Mr. Honorable overheard the discussion and came over to assist us! He made a few calls, that the teller claimed to make, and within minutes got the check deposited for us and we were on our way! Keep doing a excellent job Mr. Honorable”
