“I recently visited Lids to purchase some hats for my son's birthday. The employee who helped me was very kind and helpful, providing me with solid suggestions and answering all of my questions. I wish I could remember her name, but I lost the paper with it on it.I ended up purchasing a U of M hat and an old school Pistons hat for my son, and I also had the stitch work done on one of the hats. “We love this Fjällräven store! The staff at the Ann Arbor location are always helpful and pleasant. Today I stopped by to pick up accessories for a new kanken backpack I’d bought on a third party site - the sales associate spotted that it was a FAKE and helped me report it and replace it with a real kanken bag. She also went above and beyond searching through inventory to find me the colors of accessories that I wanted. We stop by every few months and are very glad to have this local store, and grateful for the kind employees who work there.”

Mike is not only knowledgeable, but also a terrific instructor. the shop had anything I could possibly want and the service was terrific. “Searched online for a locally owned company that carried Hoka or Brooks shoes. Found REI! Stopped in and Daphne was amazing! She was patient, knowledgeable, kind and a rockstar for bringing me 7 pairs of shoes! Got a great deal and left with a pair of Brooks and Solomon’s. I decided to become a member ($30 fee) and was promptly given a $30 gift card to be used anytime in the next three weeks. Super impressed. Highly recommend.”

“I cannot say enough good things about this business! I purchased a 35' rainbow parachute from them. They were quick to ship and it arrived exactly as described. It was clearly quality and well-made. We used it and (unfortunately), due to a small defect, it ripped. Given that this was a 300+ parachute I didn't expect them to replace it- but I reached out to see if they had recommendations on how to fix it. Their help was so prompt and caring. If I had lived closer they would have repaired my existing but instead they mailed me a brand new one! Sue, in particular, at customer service was amazing (calling, emailing, everything). Would buy from this company again in a heartbeat!”

The one thing I didn't like is that they didn't have a lot of Jordan 1 highs in stock maybe that was just because of when I went with the release dates. I would give this place an 8 out of 10.-update I just got Nike blazer mid 77's here ( see picture) they are awesome.”

“O'Neill has wetsuit sizes 4XL-Short and 5XL-Short on their chart, but I couldn't find them online. I called them and expressed my need for size 5XLS and being unable to find it. They informed me that iSnorkel special orders these sizes, so they're only offered through them. I then called them and while they don't have a full 5XLS right now, they were considerate and searched their warehouse and reached back out to me later the same day.Kudos to iSnorkel for taking the interest and understanding the needs of big guys. I hope big guys support them, so they continue to see the value in serving our community. I purchased an Epic 3/2 full in 4XLS. It's the largest I'm going to find and I especially want a Jack O'Neill. Living in Oregon, a wetsuit is a must, so now I have a target size in my weight loss!”
