The tour we took of the Fisher Building was crammed with information, from basic facts to behind-the-scenes tidbits. Well-researched, informative, and entertaining. I highly recommend checking this out, as well as browsing the unique little shop filled with Detroit-themed tcotchkes, books, tees, sweats, glassware, and Pewabic Pottery tiles & coasters.

I was able to experience 2 tours with them today. In the morning the Skyscraper Tour in Downtown with Jacob and in the afternoon the Fisher Building Tour with Michael. Both guides were very well informed and were able to explain everything very well. They always encouraged questions and were then able to answer them well. Everything is always very friendly and relaxed.

We took the 11am Fisher Building Tour with Jacob. He was a fantastic guide. The tour lasted about an hour and a half and anyone who enjoys Detroit history will appreciate the tour. Awesome view of the city from the 22nd floor!

I think im getting scammed by this company. I ordered a bag from them and after months of waiting I have sent them emails and nothing from them. Their phone number is disconnected and have heard nothing from them. . Be careful ordering from this store and if this store reads this and not respond to my emails then please give me an update 9n my order. Its been months.

My partner has a tendency to drag my to building tours whenever we visit a new city. Little did I know that this one would be the best one yet! Led by Jacob, I was entralled from the beginning with not just the beauty of the building (outside and inside), but the dedicated love Jacob had for the building itself. His knowledge, passion, and excitement about its rich past, present, and future made our group ecstatic to be there despite the subzero outdoor temperature! Highly recommend joining this tour for any local or visitor! Nifty history lesson and glimpse of the past!

We had an excellent tour today with Jacob*. He was knowledgeable and entertaining. We learned a lot. And it's a great opportunity to see the amazing details in the building up close. As a lifelong metro Detroiter who has attended theatre there and visited to shop, there is so much I didn't know. I encourage you to take the tour!!*I think that was his name. ??♀️

When is this place going to go out of business?? Seriously. They don’t take cash or tap to pay and hardly have any clothing-wise sizes in stock. Aside from books and ceramics, this place is an overpriced joke. Please give up your real estate to a more worthy company.

Jacob was an absolutely fantastic tour guide this past Saturday. I am a big fan of tours and take them as I travel. Rarely have I had such as strong of a guide as Jacob! He was informative, engaging, and really made the building and history feel as if it was coming alive. He crafted stories from the history of the Fisher and was such a pleasure to spend a Saturday afternoon with. I'd happily come back with out of town guests to show off an amazing space and guide. 10/10 recommend.

Hm, says on the sign it's open until 6, but was closed at 5. Sort of annoying since we went out of our way to shop local for souvenirs. On the plus side the building it is in is absolutely gorgeous.

If you're wondering whether it's worth going to the Fisher building for the free tour, it definitely is. We got lucky and our tour group was smaller. Our guide Jacob was friendly and fun. His passion for Detroit history and architecture really shine through when he's presenting.

I just have to give Jacob a huge thanks for a tour that was not just informative but entertaining as well. His detail gave a real insight to a building far to many take for granite.Great job Jacob, if you guide tours to other places please let us know.
