Rude. Speaks through a partially-closed door. Interrogates you. The building looks small. I hated to leave the stray dog I found there.

Visited to get and/or renew a dog license. The process was quick and the technicians/ employees were knowledgeable. I Suppose the process has changed since 2021 where we were able to do things online.

The worst customer service I've ever experienced. They do not care about the animals they are rude they hang up they cut you off they lie it's unacceptable. And the ppl that answer the phone act like the run the place smh it's no order or professionalism
