COTS provides temporary housing to homeless and combats homelessness in the Detroit community. I have volunteered to serve dinner and have donated items pre-covid. I see the impact firsthand. This includes case management services and helping with underlying issues. I value the services that COTS provides the community.

This place is amazing and i made logs of friends but its hard being there knowing you mom os out fighting dor our lives but in ised to it by now.

I'm employee at C.O.TS at Bright Beginnings Early on Head Start. I have met some beautiful young people you just need that little help to get them started

COTS is a community organization in Detroit, MI, dedicated to helping local families overcome homelessness and poverty. They help these families build strong and stable households by Creating Opportunities To Succeed, offering them assistance in achieving their health, financial, career, and educational goals. The primary objective for this non-profit organization is to aid families in breaking the cycle of poverty for the generation that follows. From temporary housing to education and job training, COTS offers Passports to Self Sufficiency (PTS) to help families achieve their goals.
