“I had to get my tire repaired due to a nail in it. I normally hate going to body shops because as a woman who stereotypically does not know much about cars, I feel awkward and don't want to be pressured into unnecessary sales. I walked in and was helped within a minute at the most. Brock was very nice and helpful with no pressure but still pointed things out to me that may be needed in the future. I was offered coffee and water as well. The repair was at no cost and I was in and out in less than 40 minutes. The waiting room was pretty warm and very outdated looking but those are just minor nitpicky things. Very happy to have fast service and a no pressure/no stress environment. I will definitely be back!”
“Ive had great service Julie is great last mechanic that looked at my car said I need a whole new rack and pinion that's why my acr was shaking, but they didn't even check the tires, i had broken belts in my tire im surprised it didnt blow pulling out of the shop, so now im torn to come back in honestly.”

“Unbelievable service! 9/27/24. Shout out personally to the technician who worked directly with my jeep. Took it in for brakes and rotors and I received a free tire rotation and in the process they went above and beyond finding an issue with my front sway bar and fixed it that wasn’t in my complaint list. Highly recommend this establishment at this location. You will not be disappointed! Thank you so much!!!! My car runs smoothly.”

“I called motorwerks to get a quote for some work that was needed on my sl550 that the dealership had recommend at my last service before my warranty expired. I spoke to Matt who was very helpful, and went over the whole process with me. Dropped my car off and had it back the following day. Not to mention Motorwerks was able to get me in quicker and was significantly less expensive than the dealership for the exact same work! Very impressive shop, and a wonderful staff.
