“I decided to edit my post as the original was based on my initial impression. I still feel they're a solid four stars and this is coming from a former collision repair guy. Its apparent they're focused on the customer service satisfaction. If I had a question they were prompt and timely to respond. The location is compact and difficult to find parking. The entrance is was less intuitive to find from the main road. While a majority of the services provided are on site, they are still reliant on external vendors to do specialized work, e.g., calibrations. Completion of the project was a lot longer than anticipated and it would have been nice to have a better understanding of this going in. Its my understanding that supply chain issues created numerous delays (and our car isn't high end) in parts availability. Just ask clear questions up front. And lastly the insurance company and Gerber seemed to work very well together. Overall my wife and I were pleased. Hopefully in the future they could provide a shuttle service, as that was the only hiccup we encountered to and from. Otherwise, we're still quite happy with the services rendered. Thank you Gerber.”

Joe and everyone at this place were very professional and even offered me a loaner car for free, which no other shops were willing to do. “They were super friendly and communicated perfectly from start to finish. I wasn’t sure who to use but after looking at the reviews and my initial call with them I felt good about the decision. Everything was easy and straight forward. They worked well with my insurance (all-state). They also did some work for me that wasn’t covered by insurance for a great price. Would recommend them to anyone. They also cleaned the inside of the vehicle for me which I definitely didn’t expect. Look at the before and after pictures and see for yourself. Thanks a ton! “Action Collision did a fabulous job repairing body, trim, and wheel damage on my 2016 Yukon Denali. It looks brand new! However, maybe the best and most impressive part of my experience was the customer service. Christine was assigned to my claim... she was so thorough during the walk throughs, and then she made sure to text or call with progress updates every 2-3 days. Even if she was off work, she had a colleague reach out in her stead... this level of communication and service is really rare. “Yes good afternoon I went to Mike's Auto repair a little while ago wanted to get some rest on my fender coming through fixed I don't know the lady's name but she came out there and looked at it with me very upfront and told me that they could fix it but to rushed once it gets in there like cancer and would just come back a short period later maybe 6 months maybe a year maybe as long as two so I think that she was very honest if I have any other auto repairs that I need collision work I would definitely bring it to them”
