“I really just wanted to give the body shop a review as it's deserved. I bought a 23 Ford Raptor recently and it had 2 defects paint wise from the manufacturer that I noticed. Obviously when you spend that much money on a car, you take that seriously. Royal Oak Ford and the body shop I feel has went above and beyond to rectify the situation. Mike at the body shop is a top tier professional and has really settled my nerves about a procedure like this being done on a new vehicle. He takes me seriously as a customer and is ensuring the situation is being handled with care. Mike deserves a raise to be honest. I've never come across someone as professional as Mike when it comes to body shops over the years. Genuinely pleased with him and I have the utmost confidence in their team. Even my sales guy Derek at Royal Oak Ford ensured I got a rental car as well for the trouble while my truck is being fixed.
