“I cannot recommend Brad and Pristine Car Rental enough!!! If you are in need of a rental car in Michigan, LOOK NO FURTHER. Seriously, I have never been taken care of in the way I was taken care of by Brad and his team. Not only were their prices incredibly reasonable and lower than any other agency, they went out of their way to make sure I got my car when I was sick. I was in town with the musical Wicked and fell ill while taking care of my son. Brad offered to drive the rental car to me so that I didn't have to make the drive myself while feeling so sick. He literally dropped the car off right outside the door of my airbnb. I have never received such wonderful customer service. My experience with Pristine Car Rental was UNMATCHED and I travel for a living, having worked with a multitude of rental car companies. This was BY FAR the best. “I had a 7:00 reservation and got in and out really quickly. I checked in online and there was no one in line. The young lady quickly and properly hooked up the trailer and I was on the road by 20 after. I have had long waits in the past but today went well. Trailer seemed clean and in good shape.”
