“I mean, it's Budget, if you are looking for newer trucks go somewhere else, what I like about this particular place is the access, and diesel pump very close with relatively easy access, Debbie has really good costumer service, I don't have any complain, whenever I had issues with a truck the problem was solved, I do recommend this place.”

“We had an AMAZING experience at this location. All of the staff was friendly and welcoming, but we especially appreciated Jake and all of his assistance! Our truck was unavailable due to the previous renter not returning it, and Jake went above and beyond to make sure we got another truck in a timely manner. What could have been a really unpleasant situation ended up being easy and enjoyable thanks to Jake’s professionalism and willingness to help! “I cannot recommend Brad and Pristine Car Rental enough!!! If you are in need of a rental car in Michigan, LOOK NO FURTHER. Seriously, I have never been taken care of in the way I was taken care of by Brad and his team. Not only were their prices incredibly reasonable and lower than any other agency, they went out of their way to make sure I got my car when I was sick. I was in town with the musical Wicked and fell ill while taking care of my son. Brad offered to drive the rental car to me so that I didn't have to make the drive myself while feeling so sick. He literally dropped the car off right outside the door of my airbnb. I have never received such wonderful customer service. My experience with Pristine Car Rental was UNMATCHED and I travel for a living, having worked with a multitude of rental car companies. This was BY FAR the best.
