They charge monthly and I was not aware of this $156 for a breathing machine and my insurance was billed. Ridiculous! And people have no patience at this place. ?

Shoutout to Margaret in the DME department. she was beyond pleasant and helped me right away. Another company was unable to take my client's insurance last minute and she helped instantly. Customer service was superb!!

Worst customer service ever , they don't answer the phone and online orders are always wrong. I asked my Dr to change supplier so I am waiting to see Him again 21 years of bad seevice

Delivered hospital to the wrong address. Hold time on phone over 18 minutes. Bed was supposed to be here between noon and 3:00. Not they're telling me between 9 and 11 pm. Would not recommend. Poor customer service.Everything is over priced. Check Amazon before throwing your money away. When the bed finally arrived the delivery person was great. Very courteous and professional.

I have to buy Compression Socks. Purchase has to be with physician direction using a prescription. Called this business to try to set up an appointment. I was on hold for 30 minutes after I called to schedule that appointment!. Hung up after that 30 minutes. Will NOT do business with this company under any circumstances going forward!

We're now over 2 months into attempting to get my daughter a walker. They canceled two sizing appointments without notice. When we contacted Binson's, they said they didn't have my number. They blamed PT for not submitting a letter, which was to be handled at the sizing appointment. Now the excuse is the doctor's office didn't sign paperwork. It seems to be everyone's fault except Binson's. No way I could recommend using this company.

Terrible experience the worse I have ever received. Had a sleep study for my Cpap and then told need pulse ox overnight to get from Binsons. Not only did it take SEVERAL phone calls to get the pulse ox sent to me. My doctors office stated they never received the report when I called back to follow up after not hearing anything weeks after. Then I was on phone for over 30 mins to speak to cpap department and no one ever answered in that department. So when I die from lack of oxygen at night who does my family sue for this horrible medical company not doing what they should be doing medically? This is ridiculous!!!!!

Horrible experience today! My 83 year old parents had a new oxygen machine brought to the home today. The man was rude and not helpful at all. They told him he needed to explain the new machine and how to operate it and he was not at all helpful, acted like it was a chore to show them what to do. So disappointed in Binsons. Also I waited for 30 minutes on hold just to get this appointment scheduled for them.

I have been trying to get my husband a wheelchair since the end of February. On 4-28-22 I spoke to Lauren who is supposed to be the manager of wheelchairs. I question if she is. I was told they needed more information to send to the insurance. This and all other information had been sent over numerous times from my doctor's office. The doctor's office called on the 22nd to make sure they had everything. Well still nothing I told her to cancel the order. I don't like being lied to. It should not take this long to get something so simple. The other problem I have is being on hold for so long. Every call takes a minimum of 20 minutes to speak to someone. I was on the phone for over 1 hour on the 27th only to be hung up on when someone picked up the phone. I have more things to do than to be on hold for no good reason. Binson's needs to review their employees more often and have someone who can address complaints. I told Lauren I was taking my business elsewhere.

Linda M. was very helpful in assisting me with what I needed. My insurance wouldn't cover the prescription and I didn't have the money needed, so I was able to obtain a substitute item that I could afford during my first time visit there. Also, Binson's is located 1 mile away from where I used to live in Centerline back ? in 2009, so it was very easy to locate.
