They charge monthly and I was not aware of this $156 for a breathing machine and my insurance was billed. Ridiculous! And people have no patience at this place. ?

Shoutout to Margaret in the DME department. she was beyond pleasant and helped me right away. Another company was unable to take my client's insurance last minute and she helped instantly. Customer service was superb!!

Worst customer service ever , they don't answer the phone and online orders are always wrong. I asked my Dr to change supplier so I am waiting to see Him again 21 years of bad seevice
