“Outstanding experience!- we left T-mobile after being a long time customer as they are going down hill and the store in BC has especially horrible customer service. We stopped in the Verizon store on 84th with lots of questions and the team spent a ton of time with us and felt like they really value and take care of their customers. Highly recommend this store. So glad we changed!!”

“After leaving the location on 28th street. And not being in a good mood. So the question was this is what we needed to do and the guy said sure let’s get this taken care of and get you guys new phones so we would of walked out with new phones tonight but that dumb stolen feature was on and it took. An hour to deactivate and it would have put us over the time the store would have been open til. So we got that turned off and will be going suck in the morning to get our new phones.

I wanted a specific phone but got a very honest deep meaningful opinion from Jade the worker there, and got an even better phone with good GB and camera quality. I got a good deal on the Samsung A21 and walked out paying under $100- case and screen protector includeddddddddddd . 10 out of 10 would recommend this metro store to my friends. Very caring customer service, genuinely wanted to help me & took her time getting me the best phone for me.”

I dropped my phone and broke the camera this morning. I only had a small window to get a phone after work. I had little to no expectations of actually getting a *phone*, let alone getting the entire experience I got.
Jackie and Maria sat and answered all my questions, even though it was nearing closing time on a Friday night. And before we were finished they had already called another local store (44th and Clyde Park) to have a case and charger set aside since they didn't have one in stock for the phone I chose, and didn't want me taking the risk of breaking another camera. Incredibly thoughtful.
I'll be changing this store to my "home store" and driving across town to come here from here on out.
