Today I returned and she was cashier again, she recognized me and said I forgot items and had everything in that bag written down... Talk about customer service!!!! “I went in yesterday morning, as soon as i walked in I was greeted and offered a cart or basket. I was looking at balloons and I really liked this arrangement someone ordered. I asked and she said usually you have to place an order 2 days ahead but she went ahead and made me the same arrangement in that moment. Tracy was wonderful and so kind. “The Baroda Dollar General sets a high bar when it comes to friendly customer service & a well maintained, bright, clean & very organized atmosphere both inside & outside the store. It’s a rare occasion when an item isn’t where it should be, & even more unusual to have a cart / box that hasn’t been dealt with. We’ve been to more than a few DG’s in our area, & the contrast in difference is stark, & serves as a reminderthat when someone actually cares, it’s not just obvious but pleasingly a very nice shopping experience. Oh an he reall does give a darn about customer and employee relationship during you visit! I prefer this store over the other two SB General Dollar stores!”
