“This place has great customer service! Every time I come to shop there is either a blonde lady with glasses or a big guy with a beard there. The two of them always go above and beyond to make sure I have an amazing experience. The store is clean and the customer service is usually outstanding. I choose this over any of the stores in town for these reasons.”

“Great experience here... Filled my cart full of groceries and checked out, when I went to pay for the items, I realized I had forgotten my wallet... I told the cashier and put my cart behind the counter... I went home and returned to Dollar General and paid for my items... This clerk is to be commended! She figured out a way to keep the store running smoothly without having to run my items thru the check out a second time... I believe she was the first shift manager... Thank God for her consideration and concern for her customers! This incident happened today, 04-20-2021... And, she was able to do this, help customers, stock shelves and deal with a disgruntled employee all at the same time... Good job Dollar General on your choice of employees...”

“This new store, north of Niles on the corner of Old Walton Road and Old U.S. 31, is right on the way to the golf course, which I visit daily (weather pending), making it the perfect place to pick up water and snacks for the course. The ladies working there have been courteous and pleasant and have put up admirably with my shopping "like a guy" techniques and accompanying endless chatter. I'll be a regular during golf weather. The store itself is clean and well-organized. All in all, an excellent shopping experience.”

“Big kudos to Damon. Last week I forgot a bag of goods I've bought, but forgot to grab to get out of store. Today I returned and she was cashier again, she recognized me and said I forgot items and had everything in that bag written down... Talk about customer service!!!! Anyone that visits that store, Damon is the smiling, awesome personality, such a great young individual and awesome ethics. Hope her management treats her well....”
