“I have stopped by this shop to check in on the pups for sale a few times now. I lost my sweet Ellie March 5th and as tempting as they are I'm just not ready. When I am I'll be getting her through Jeff. They have been very kind to me, even shedding some light on my 15 year old rescue and her aging health problems. It was much appreciated. Since she was 3 when I adopted her there were pieces of the puzzle missing. You can tell that his level of knowledge is a 10 and he takes pride in the service he is providing to people who want a happy and healthy pup from a reputable breeder.”

“How to bathe a 70 pound German Shepherd that doesn't want a bath? They make it so easy to show up and they help you figure out what to do when you're new. We managed our girl into the tub, in spite of her resistance and got the bathing done in less than half an hour. Wonderful to NOT wind up with a soggy bathroom floor and have to prep and manage getting our bathroom situated to do it at home. This is a great idea to service bathing your dog and the gal we had didn't make us feel bad for coming inside the last hour before closing. Our fur baby girl needs the medicated shampoo that has to be left on her to sit 15 minutes and again the large tub and ability to contain her really helps out. Great place to get the job done!”

Our groomer Jess who we followed from a previous location is very professional and makes me feel comfortable leaving our pup for his services each time. She is so precise and talented!! I love the fact that Scrubbers sends out multiple reminders leading up to the appointment as well as sends an automative text message when the service is complete! Really happy to have found a groomer we love and looking forward to our future grooms here at Scrubbers!”
“Incredibly friendly and knowledgeable staff, certainly does not have the feel of a big box store, with a lot of fun and welcoming decor. I take my pup Griswold for baths regularly and the tubs are always clean, the products are fully stocked, and their equipment is easy to use. One of the best parts of coming here is the digital punch card system. I have lost more bath cards from other pet shops than I can remember. Will be back very soon!”
“We love TPB! Jill and Louis are great and their staff are always so sweet and helpful. We’ve been buying our pet food from here for the last 7-8 years and always look forward to stopping by and seeing the crew. We started going there because one of our dogs had stomach issues. We were able to find food she could eat without aggravating her tummy. The quality of the pet food and service are second to none. The dogs love the food!! Our dogs have never been healthier!”

The selection is great and the prices are good, often better than the other pet supply stores and warehouse clubs. Pets are welcome. If you have a question, the staff is helpful and willing to offer recommendations. It's unfortunate that the store on Livernois in Troy closed several years ago and still sits empty.”

“Filthy Beast is our go to shampoo for dogs! Its high concentrate makes it last a long time! Their dog perfume is top notch! In my opinion their customer service for kennels and groomer is amazing!
