“In my opinion this is the greatest pet store in the area. The staff here are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. My husky pup, Nymeria, loses her mind with excitement when I ask if she wants to go see Michelle, a managers at the Troy location. She and the other staff are worth their weight in gold. All of the staff members seem to love their jobs here and that makes for a great environment. If you need help there is always someone happy to help. If you would rather browse or shop alone they are happy to give you space.I have used the bath tubs that they have in the store to wash our pups in and it is a must if ever they are in need. They provide all of the products needed for a sparkling pooch and varieties of soaps, conditioners and more.The store has great high quality products. It is nicely organized, clean, and inviting. I cannot say enough good things about this store and this company. The other major bonus, in my opinion, is that the company is owned by local families. Local does not mean that you will sacrifice anything that bigger stores have to offer. I find it to be quite the opposite.”
“Staff are very knowledgeable and you can tell they truly care for the animals they carry! I came in for a hamster and they were very kind and patient with me as I made my final decisions. I love that they asked me proper care questions and ensured that I had a suitable set up. You can tell they take the time to appreciate all their animals and they even told me what my hamster’s favorite treats were!”
