“This store is clean, well-laid out and loaded with a lot of items at great prices. Mom rides in her transporter chair when shopping and we had no problem rolling through each and every isle, in fact we had plenty of room to move over and let other people move through as well. There are so many departments in this store for every area of the home. Mom and I love the kitchen area where we can browse pots and pans, mugs, wine glasses and an endless array of utensil related items. They have a very nice section of floor rugs as well as unique furniture that is well made. I especially liked the round blue recliner that swiveled and rocked. There is a very large area for pet lovers where you can find everything to please your pooch or kitty minus the food. Lots of pet beds, toys, pet clothes, leashes, you name it they have it. If you are in the area near Square Lake and Telegraph come check out this well-stocked, clean store.”

“In general I really like shopping at Target stores. This particular location all of the employees working have always been very helpful. The cashiers are usually very pleasant. If you use their self check out their customer service people also always are helpful and normally go above and beyond. I've purchased starbucks at this location quite a few times as well. The employees behind the Starbucks counter are also very friendly. I often place orders for Drive-Up pick up. Usually my order is ready for pick up under the 2 hour time given. Majority of the time all of my items are given accurately. There have only been two occasions that I can think of where one item was missing an another item had been wrong. However I just let them know and they immediately fixed that for me. I love the atmosphere of Target stores in general. This particular location always seems pretty clean and well kept.”

“Recently moved to the area so I was in need of cleaning supplies, a curtain rod and lotion (ohmigosh my hands are so dry here). I had added stuff to a basket online but wanted to take a look at anything else they may have. Online it showed that they had plastic spray bottles in stock at the store. Unfortunately that was not the case. The store looked kinda ransacked, which I've noticed since moving here. I'm not sure if there's a shortage or people are stocking up for winter or what. Anyway, this lovely gentleman assisted me in locating a few of the items I was looking for but confirmed that they did not have the spray bottles and that their online to store stock is typically off. He was a genuinely kind and helpful associate and I wish I had gotten his name.The cashier was not very talkative but assisted me quickly.”

I can always find quality clothes for myself and grandchildren, even for my pet dogs .The housewares are good prices, lots of color choice and good quality. I always feel like a bandit when i go to Kohls because not only do i get sale price reductions but i get further coupon reductions and then Kohls cash reductions. By the time i pay for my multiple bags of stuff i feel like i got it for nothing! Way to go Kohls! You,ve got a lifetime shopper here!”

“Yesterday I went in to pick up my cake order and it looked like it was dropped and I was furious at first but I accepted mistakes happen. It seemed as my son’s party would be without a cake due to it being a special order. When I tell you Tammie, Renee, and Kathy demonstrated what customer service is. They found away to save the day two of them weren’t even from the bakery, but together they found a way to redo the cake while being coached through the phone by the bakery manager who’s name should also be included also. When I tell you we were very satisfied with the effort and compassion they showed to make things right. This by far is my best customer service experience. I love you all. Thank you for the best customer service possible!!!!!”
