“In general I really like shopping at Target stores. This particular location all of the employees working have always been very helpful. The cashiers are usually very pleasant. If you use their self check out their customer service people also always are helpful and normally go above and beyond. I've purchased starbucks at this location quite a few times as well. The employees behind the Starbucks counter are also very friendly. I often place orders for Drive-Up pick up. Usually my order is ready for pick up under the 2 hour time given. Majority of the time all of my items are given accurately. There have only been two occasions that I can think of where one item was missing an another item had been wrong. However I just let them know and they immediately fixed that for me. I love the atmosphere of Target stores in general. This particular location always seems pretty clean and well kept.”

Sam club fuel customers are the worst as they enter the wrong lines and use the pump with the hose over there car thinking they are saving time.”

“Yesterday I went in to pick up my cake order and it looked like it was dropped and I was furious at first but I accepted mistakes happen. It seemed as my son’s party would be without a cake due to it being a special order. When I tell you Tammie, Renee, and Kathy demonstrated what customer service is. They found away to save the day two of them weren’t even from the bakery, but together they found a way to redo the cake while being coached through the phone by the bakery manager who’s name should also be included also. When I tell you we were very satisfied with the effort and compassion they showed to make things right. This by far is my best customer service experience. I love you all. Thank you for the best customer service possible!!!!!”
