“Steve J. was remarkably fast getting from Waterford to the south part of Baldwin Rd. in Lake Orion! Only took him 15-20 mins. on what could’ve easily been a 30-60 min. arrival time! Talk about efficiency!! Our broken down 300 made it home safely thanks to him! All within an hour too!! Can’t beat that quality!! Would definitely recommend him for any of Waterford Collisions utility services! Well done!”

I recently had an argument with a parking garage - Garage 1, RAM 0. I took my truck to G.C. because I don't trust anyone else to do the work since I'm that picky. They kept me the know with daily updates, photos of progress, etc. and returned my truck quickly and you can't even tell where it was damaged. Dan runs a tight ship, and you can tell everyone of his employees respect him by doing exceptional work.
Another job well done! G.C. has always been my go to body shop, and they made my '23 RAM look better than new by replacing, painting the front bumper and drivers side front wheel flare.
For many years I've trusted G.C. and I'm always pleased with the result. Attention to detail - great! Quality of work - great! Dan has some big shoes to fill, but I can say he's off to a great start.”

“Awesome experience during something that is generally a headache. Lydia is a great office manager and communicates very well, they provide updates throughout the entire process and my repair was completed a bit ahead of schedule! The quality of repair is well done and not noticeable compared to the surrounding area, paint matches perfectly and they even detailed the inside of my vehicle as well. They managed payment efficiently with my insurance provider, all I had to do was drop off my car and pick it up shortly after, no hoops to jump through or waiting for reimbursement everything was streamlined and efficient. I hope I don’t need their services again in the near future but if I do I’ll trust my body shop needs to the crew at car star Hamlin!”

“Couldn’t ask for better service, the gentleman who greeted me up front was super kind and professional, and answered all questions that i had. They work very efficiently so i didn’t even have to wait long to have both my brake pads replaced, and they conveniently have a nice waiting room where you can watch TV and treat yourself to free coffee or water. I highly recommend this place, they are honest and won’t try to rip you off like most machanics.”

“SO thankful I did my research and found Master Tech Collision to fix my car after an accident. At-fault driver’s insurance (Progressive) wanted me to use their in network shops but none of them seemed good so I found my own. Impeccable work. Both my passenger side doors were hit along with the mirror on my Mazda CX-30. Master Tech made my car look brand new including exact color match. They also took the time to clean the inside of my car. Just be prepared that it may take upwards of 3-4 weeks but well worth the wait for solid work done. Highly recommend”

“I brought my new Honda Accord in for repairs to a front fender. Lars was so very kind in dealing with me, being quite upset with the damage to my car. He was patient and listened to my concerns. He provided very clear and specific information regarding the damage, timeline for repair, and the insurance process. My car was finished within that time frame, looking as good as new! “Called about getting a oil pressure switch & front sway bar links installed and he told me to come on in. I got there about 20mins later and they started working on my vehicle right away. My oil pressure light hasn't been back on either. I was in & out within a 1hr ½. We went on a test drive afterwards. Everything was smooth. Prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend. ??”

“Nicole is friendly, organized, and extremely helpful. The mechanics are very knowledgeable and skilled. Today, for instance one of the mechanics found that I had an issue with one of my tires. The reason that I was there had nothing to do with my tires, but that is the kind of service that you get.
