“I had nothing but bad experiences with this location. From me making an appointment and waiting for 2 hours just to be told my tires weren’t in and could I come back another time, to telling me they did a brake inspection and they were fine, only to find out for myself that 2 of my calipers were froze. But, ever since Mike has been there I have had nothing but good experiences with them now. He acts genuinely concerned with my needs and issues. Even when he delivers bad news you can’t get mad at him because, once again, he explains the issue and gives you options, rather than trying to pressure you into buying new tires. And he always have a professionalism about him. And he talks to you rather than at you. If I was CEO of Belle Tire I would promote him to a position to train those employees with not so good people skills on how to deal with customers. Goodness knows there are quite a few people in the sales department who would definitely benefit greatly from it. I should know because I wanted to snatch a few of them across the desk and teach them a lesson on manners.”

“The entire experience was a pleasant one. They kept me up to date on the status of my vehicle each week. Any time I called in they had my information right away.But the best experience was at the end. When I came to pick up the vehicle the battery was completely dead. Instead of just jumping it and sending me on my way, the manager had his team call an auto zone to deliver a battery on them and the replaced it for me at no extra cost. The manager said he didn’t want me stalling out or not getting to work on time because of them. Very impressed!”
