They called me within a day to set up a time & there was availability the next day. Ed, was so fast and efficient. Was done with everything within 45 minutes! Also a huge plus was, I wanted to the original windshield in with the Ford logo.. they had it readily available, unlike other companies! My vehicle has all safety features for pre-collision in my windshield, Ed was even able to collaborate that as well. Saved me a trip to the dealer. Highly recommend!! It was the first time I've ever been in an accident and I was kind of stressed about the whole process of insurance and repairs but everything went so smoothly from the time I got the estimate at Gerber to the completion of the repairs. They finished repairing my car over two weeks ahead of schedule and they even deep cleaned my floor mats and moved the items I had in the backseat to the trunk so they could vacuum it out. “We got a flat tire and since it’s a hybrid there is no spare to change it but had to have our insurance call a tow truck. We called Belle Tire because it was very close and they assured us we could have it towed there and they would have a tire for us. They were very cordial and said they would help anytime we got there. And after waiting for the tow for 4 hours, they replaced the tire quickly and efficiently. You can also get them to come to you and do the work at your home, office, or other location. Fast and efficient. I received OEM glass which was a pleasant surprise. It didn't take long to get back on my way. I was able to receive a same day appointment. The technician was pleasant. Lifetime labor guarantee. Text notifications for updates. Survey invites. Was unable to get a payment receipt for some reason, so they marked the work order paid and gave that to me. When I saw the work area, it was very clean, orderly, and spacious. I was pleased my glass was in stock and I received same day replacement. There were two pieces of tape I had to remove after an hour and couldn't wash the car for awhile, but that wasn't a problem. There is also free wifi in the waiting area.”
