I can't get my billing straight. No REAL person will speak to me, and I go around in circles trying to get this handled. I have beeen trying to get this straightened out since July when my auto billing stopped yet they want it to be my fault. Can't help fix it if they won't help me.Can't get into my accouint or set new password. REALLY?

I just have to say that was shockingly rude. I called to see their options for internet. They offered 75mbps download and I explained for my work I needed faster. They said I did not. When I said that unfortunately I needed something like a gig, they hung up on me. No "goodbye" or anything. Wow, just wow.

Consumers knocked down our Xfinity Cable Line & Eric was the guy to come and fix it and he did an extraordinary Job! Great customer service and got the job done in a timely manner! Very respectful and kind!

Comcast Battle Creek is the worst service I have ever seen . My service went out and when they couldn't resolve the issue over the phone basically refused to send a technician when I pay extra to pay for extra help. The representative on the phone had my wife in tears. Now we can't get any assistance at all. I pay 330 dollars plus a month for cable. I'm being robbed and assaulted and I want answers immediately or I'm suing this company for breach of contract and phone harassment onmy wife which is criminal. Be prepared Comcast you will lose.

Xfinity is the worst company I have ever dealt with. There customer service on a scale of 1 out of 10 a big 0. The employees were rude and not knowledgeable about programs billings etc. Eventually their bad service will catch up to them they will change their name and we will deal with bad business again. Maybe it's the younger generation where they have no clue how to be knowledgeable and respectfut to the customers who pay their paycheck for having the service.

Ugggg, customer service, trash, technical support, trash. These books will send you circles in the auto system, forcing to redo steps whenever you are dealing with issues. Comcast general review: Get EVERYTHING in writing from them. NEVER trust what they tell you on the phone. Be prepared to be overcharged regularly and waste hours in automated loops trying to find somebody who MAY correct your overcharges. This company has its terrible reputation for a reason.

Not sure about this store in particular, but the internet service is horrible!! Never had issues until about 5 months ago. Since then the internet goes down about once a week for hours at a time. Good luck getting anyone in customer service. No one answers and only get a robot call.

I've had great experiences with them before. But I recently broke my phone and went to see what my options were and the guy who was there just didn't seem too friendly. He's a big guy with a beard, and he seemed very unapproachable. I will go back and try to figure it out when someone else is available to talk to.

xfinity mobile is the worst service for my location of 49033, constantly connecting and disconnecting running my battery down from their poor service towers, and then are still charging me when phone and contract was returned/cancelled due to poor service provider xfinty mobile, reconsider if you live in the country...

In December I was paying $167.00 for cable and Internet. In January they raised it to $178.00 in February, it went up to $231.00 for the same service. Then they gave me a credit last month. For April I was being charged 211.00 . Tonight I called. Best I could get was $188.00 and they reduced my internet speed. Now, my WiFi keeps going out and my TV will not connect. An hour and a half. If I had any other alternative, I would quit them in a heartbeat

I live in the Paw Paw area, and we have no choice but Xfinity. If there was a choice wed be gone in a heartbeat. Everything is fine when it works, but try to get service when it doesn't. The VM system is the worst I have ever experienced. You can't get anything done with that, and if you are lucky enough to talk to a human, they are in the Philippines and they are not helpful, all they know is "lets do a re-start", we need a technician to come out, they said someone would call tomorrow, that was two days ago ...XFINITY CUSTOMER SERVICES SUCKS

We have been with comcast/xfinity for 5yrs and a few months ago we got a free increase in internet speeds for being a loyal customer, we renewed our contract and asked if everything would stay the same and they said yes but took away the free upgrade, the person who worked there was very rude and didn't want to hear what we were trying to tell her, we got home and found that she had disconnected our land line and that she created a new contract that was almost $100 more than the one we made over ph 2 days prior and did not ask her to change it, I wouldn't recommend them to anyone, we are looking to go with someone that deserves our business, ridiculous!

I went to get 50$ internet so I could get YouTube TV. I told the rep helping me this and a bigger guy with a beard standing aside came rushing over to tell me how much better xfinity streaming is. I said that I like YouTube TV and he said if I didn't like xfinity stream I could cancel no problem. After a few months of issues with xfinity disconnecting from my TVs and saying error can't reconnect I signed up for YouTube TV. The next day o went to cancel xfinity stream and the same helpful guy who told me how great it was told me if I cancel exfinity stream my 50$ internet would go to 119$ because I wasn't a new customer... Update I went today and met breeanna, she was amazing, cancelled my streaming and saveme 30 a month on internet

After nearly 15 years of paying on time. I'm late by 1 day and I get shutdown. Wow couldn't even send a email to let us know. After calling and getting it back on it's off again. Very sad. Definitely cancel our service.
