I've been a Comcast customer for 30+ years and have never been so dissatisfied. With TV, phone and Internet we never know if we're going to have service on any given day or not. What pisses me of the most, is a after paying nearly $300 month, We cannot rewind or fast forward while streaming. And when I'm streaming when not home, I can't even get all the channels we pay all that money for. Get with the program and update your service Comcast and give your customers what they pay for. I'm at the point where I'd rather pay for satellite, at least there'd be a reason for the lack of service.

I've been a xfinity gold member for 2 years and I just walked away from this company. It's all because customer service is predatory and will scam you (or at least me) when you talk to them. My promotional period ended and my bill went up. Not necessarily a bad thing but not being informed or let known that my period was over and a price hike was coming on my next bill erked me. They took off bally sports detroit from there regular cable package. The only reason I had cable was for sports. So I call customer service to see what the plan for bally cost sense my price went up already I wanted to compare. The customer service rep tried to sell me on a smart watch for 30 minutes after repeating myself over and over that I don't care about a smart watch just my sports she tells me she can get me a package with bally for 217 a month for my cable and internet. I asked if I needed new equipment because I didn't want new equipment she said no my current cable box is fine. I agree to the deal confirm online and low and behold new equipment was delivered 2 days later I install it begrudgingly. Still no bally so I call back I'm told that she forgot to add it and they will take care of it. They had to transfer me to the TV department. I'm then told by the tv department she signed me up for a better internet package which was why I got a new modem and not the sports package. If I wanted too I could add the sports package but it would increase my bill substantially over 217$ I essentially said at that point I'm done. Just got fubo tv if your a sports person save your self the trouble and do what I just did before they take your money and give you constant miss information and the runaround truly disappointed in this company I will never come back✌️

could not transfer a phone over but they continued to try and charge me every month for cell services I did not have. Can't tell you how many times I have tried talking to someone over seas

Two customer service representatives told me no charge for someone to come out and service the lines for install. Charged me $100 for it and made it seem like a courteous to credit me back $25. Deceptive marketing to get you hooked in.

Jasmine deserves a RAISE! she is the most helpful and amazing customer representative I have worked with, in any industry, across the board. She helped me out 2 years ago moving from sprint and today she helped me again. I don’t call Xfinity, I go talk to her and she always helps me out no worries with a smile on her face. Amazing person, amazing employee and Xfinity should consider themselves lucky that she chooses to work there. Thanks Jasmine !!

Kody was very helpful. I wish that I was helped by him first. The employee I first spoke to asked me what the issue was, told me to call the help line and then disappeared for the next half hour. I was left confused and In need of help by someone who knew what they were doing. Thankfully Kody was there to assist.The other employee obviously did not know what he was doing and could have helped us had he asked questions.

I was a long time customer with Xfinity. Never had too much bad to say. They are very expensive! Service was spotty after our service tech moved from the neighborhood. Found a better deal (nearly 1/2) with ATT. Loved my Xfinity security and wanted to keep that. They lied and spoke of their ability to work with other ISPs. The security system never worked. Three service calls (false reports of service restored). On one of the calls they didn’t make contact. Damn liars. Took my equipment to the local store on Black Friday and verified a zero balance and no remaining fees/contracts. They only credited me $31 against nearly two months of payment for no service. Got a collection call for $186 today for a one time equipment fee! Don’t do business with them! The only way to get to an agent is to pretend to want to buy services. A communication company that doesn’t communicate. Good riddance to bad rubbish.

This company is a scam company. They will take advantage of the fact you NEED internet. I purchased a bundle with unlimited high speed for a family that was staying with us. This cost me over $130 a month and when they moved out I tried to take things off I no longer needed on the bundle and lower my limit and speed to save money and they literally told me it would increase my bill IF I TOOK THINGS OFF AND LOWERED STUFF. they said it was the best deal possible and literally FOUGHT with me about the logic behind this when I tried arguing that it was ridiculous and that they were just trying to scam me. This company had the NERVE to raise their monthly rates and then a month or so later they come out with this "free" TV box that is offered with your plan "FOR FREE" yall literally charged us for it already, on top of that MONTHLY. And have the nerve to call it free?!?!?! They even run ads on the home screen that you can't get rid of. Your paying them to run ads that they make money off of the. This is the most disgusting business practices I've ever dealt with personally. This is the worst company ever... scummy, trash, greedy. DO NOT CHOOSE THIS ISP

Went to return some old equipment I didn't need anymore, one of the younger ladies working in there was very rude and unprofessional. Attitude over a random question I had about my service. Will never return to this location. It sucks comcast is the best internet available where I live because I hate xfinity!

The online customer service has been great but the store on Beckley has helped in no way possible the younger girl said she couldn’t transfer data to our new phone. I called the tech support and they transferred everything. Going to the store was the most unprofessional experience with a phone provider I have had.

If you have problems. the automated system. will hang up on you. It takes hours to get ahold of someone. the people are great. they try. after the 5th time trying to get my bill corrected. I quit. canceling internet and 2 cell phone. i am on call 3 Saturday and call 2 on Sundays the assistant would not let me cancel my account. it kept hanging up on me. i will not miss them. The automated system causes unneeded stress. the service is not that great. the choke back the upload speeds so you can not work from home. large emails do not go through.

People hate automatic phone numbers. Please list a real phone number for your store. People get irritated when they talk to non-human beings about their bill. Please stop this practice it doesn't help anyone it just makes them angry. You are purposefully making your own customers angry using this automated system. Get rid of that practice it doesn't help or do any good it just causes more problems.

I can't get my billing straight. No REAL person will speak to me, and I go around in circles trying to get this handled. I have beeen trying to get this straightened out since July when my auto billing stopped yet they want it to be my fault. Can't help fix it if they won't help me.Can't get into my accouint or set new password. REALLY?
