She got me and my buddy hooked up with Internet quickly, helped me with getting some things accomplished on my account and helped my buddy figure out his military discount process. Took the time to talk to us and actually help us, and on top of that she was helping other customers to make sure they were getting checked in to help them ASAP. Other gentleman that was working was a big help as well but I didn't catch his name. Thank you both! Best Verizon customer service I've had in a LONG time!”

He is professional, always treating us with respect and kindness, it actually seems like he has a smile on his face most of the time, like he really enjoys what he does!
