I would just like to thank the entire staff and sales associates that were in the Ann Arbor saline Rd. store today. 6/13/24 They went above and beyond to help me figure out the issue I was having with The corporate side of Verizon.

Set appointment for 2. Check in. Poor coordination. Sat for 20 minutes after checking in. Finally asked if I had checked in correctly. Gentleman answered rudely, yes your next. After 55 minutes I left.

This is the location you want to visit, especially if you hate going into a phone store. I've received excellent service on multiple occasions from several different team members. The staff at this location truly wants to help you solve your tech problem(s) and make the most of your plan.

I don’t want anyone else to have to go thru this. IVE PAID ALMOST $1,000 IN TWO MONTHS!!! They said all I would have to do is pay the sales tax and a $35 connection fee for all of them. So like $600. I’m paying $271 a month. The phone is $122, the internet is $90, watch is $30, the tablet $30. I was told if I removed the insurance on my watch and tablet it would be about $103 a month. Then I get this bill. Last month it was $196. This month it’s $100 more? DO NOT FALL FOR THIS!!! NOTHING IS FREE!! I really wanted to have a nice phone. But I’m a single mom. Working my butt off for this money. No one is going to pay $271. And maybe I would if the service didn’t stink, I would. What a nightmare!!!

Logan is a super star, he may even be a super hero! He fixed 3 things for me in less than 5 minutes and 2 of those issues we have been struggling to get resolved through another Verizon store, online support, and the main support phone number over the last year and no one could help us. Best carrier store experience ever!!

Great service. Super staff. Matthew and Jay were very helpful in the selection process of our new phones and coverage plan. Everything was thoroughly covered. We purchased phone cases and screen protectors and they were expertly installed . The store manager even alerted us to a military discount we did not know we qualified for. Just a great experience. That is why the AnnArbor Saline Rd store is our Verizon store,and has been for several years. Great job team.

Came in this morning to get my phone re registered with Verizon after a frustrating experience with the call center. Not only was Logan able to get my phone reconnected, number saved, and plan and account managed, but he was patient, friendly, and kind throughout the whole process and made sure I left the store with my same number and working phone. 10/10 experience
