Apparently majority of employees don't know what they're doing. Waited for almost an hour to get someone to help and another 2 hours to get a new phone that was cancelled without informing me! Now I have to deal with customer service for another hour to get this redone again!!!
Bianca provided excellent customer service, she was able to help me resolve an issue that I had been trying to get fixed on my account for over a few months.
2 hr + wait over the course of multiple days. I feel bad for the employees. The place is clearly understaffed and overstressed. Verizon shouldn't cost this much for this poor of service. Again, the people were great and helpful, just not nearly enough of them.
