Been there twice, once for a diff oil flush and once for a battery repair. Typical dealer labor rate, but good service. Tech even offered to not update the software on my car if I didn’t want to—a nice touch. Battery swap was quick and while volvo batteries are not cheap, it was not marked up more than the parts store.

I am reporting about my first encounter with Sesi Volvo Cars service, in Ann Arbor. I found professional staff, a very clean comfortable waiting area, and work started on time as promised. On completion, my car was washed! I also got a call from Sesi, next day asking me if all was well. It was. I, certainly, will return.
