We switched over 3 lines and a smart watch from ATT. After calling and talking to Mike, I decided T-Mobile was the way to go.
Once we finally got in to the store Mike handled the process without a hitch. We came prepared for it to a boring pain of a process, but we enjoyed ourselves during the process and conversing with Mike while he multi-tasked to answer our questions and handle the activation/transfers.
It's been 4 days since moving over from ATT and T-Mobile has been great... wish we did it sooner!”

“For the life of us, we couldn't get this pop up to stop popping up. We went into every app downloaded and fixed the settings but the pop up still continued. I was getting frustrated until we went into the store and the gentleman had fixed im the pop up issue within 15 minutes! He explained what the problem was and how to fix it myself. Bryson (sp) was a fantastic help!”

“Nice store, the few people we talked to were friendly. However, I probably shouldn't have looked at the most expensive TV there. I went home to watch a movie and ? that old TV just doesn't hold up.”
