“I took my home-built PC to them back in 2018 when it would not POST. They fixed that problem, but the painted black metal case was noticeably scratched in the process. I wrote them a letter to complain about that, and received a cordial response from the owner who offered to to have my case repainted. I declined that offer, but appreciated the gesture.The techs should use cloths on their workbench to protect nicely finished cases from being scratched.”

They have assisted with installation of a smart door lock. They installed a cook top. Each time I interact with them they are consistent with their services. Each employee has been professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Best Buy and the Total Tech program.”

While waiting, I casually observed the interactions of other Apple employees and was impressed with their kindness toward customers and one another.
