“For the life of us, we couldn't get this pop up to stop popping up. We went into every app downloaded and fixed the settings but the pop up still continued. I was getting frustrated until we went into the store and the gentleman had fixed im the pop up issue within 15 minutes! He explained what the problem was and how to fix it myself. “David was great and swift with helping me solve my technical issue and explained some features about my iPhone. I’ll pass along one of the tips I learned today to save your battery life (that may be obvious to some but not to me lol)…go to settings < general < background app refresh < then move the toggles off for the apps that you aren’t constantly using so that they aren’t updating behind the scenes especially for people with many apps or have games for their kids. Then if you want to use them again just turn them on and let the app refresh what it hadn’t updated in the time you had it off.”
