“I brought my car to Abra for repairs after an incident with a stone pillar while backing up. Once the parts were in, I dropped my car off on a Tuesday afternoon and picked it up on Friday.
Luc and the office staff were prompt in the entire process, quick to get an estimate, work with the insurance company, order parts and communicate where my car was in the repairs process.
The location is great as well, being close to Enterprise if a rental car is needed. The paint job was great & the car actually looks newer than before! They also noticed and buffed out a scratch unrelated to this incident!”

“Originally, I scheduled service at a different dealership closest to my home. The service desk could not find any extended warranty and, as such, the bill would be entirely up to me as I was past the original warranty period. I also enquired about a loaner vehicle and they said they has none available.
Fortunately, I called Fox for an appointment. Your service desk did inform me that I did purchase an extended warranty as it was recorded in the Chrysler system I was also informed I would only have to cover the deductible. I also enquired about a loaner vehicle to which they did not have one available but Fox did have a relationship with Enterprise where I could get the Fox rate. However, the Fox/Enterprise relationship had lapsed but Fox went out of their wat to reestablish the Enterprise agreement and set up the car rental for me.
Fox took care of my situation with very minimal impact on my life/work. I am super happy about the service I received.”
