“This was the first time I tried this shop and I was impressed at all levels. They took their time and did a great job on my 2020 Range Rover. Following a complete video review of the car, including Diagnostics for EVERYTHING, they gave me an aggressive price on the work. The price for my brakes was $300 less than the dealer. They sought out several different vendors for a set of hard-to-find tires and ended up coming in below what I could find on the Internet. You will be doing yourself a great disservice if you do not try Premier for your next repair. I was surprised to learn that they only have this one location but look out below. This may be the next National chain for auto repair. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Jack from Worcester.”

“just.. WOWi can honestly say i am so happy my dad told me to bring my car here. I haven been dealing with a on going issue with my car for years even brought my car to my dealership everyone always told me it was my struts i tried getting one fixed a few years ago but my car got worse i did not have money to fix my car until one day my car left me no choice as it started acting up and locking up while i was driving i brought my car here and they recommended i get new mounts and struts fast forward car came back and was still having the same issue even after the struts were replaced i was so frustrated and discouraged thinking i was never going to get this issue resolved and that i was going to get stuck paying for things to keep getting fixed without the problem being resolved i was scared because after fixing the car and it still being the same i was hopeless and in a hole But let me just say when Scott say's his work is guaranteed they are not lying! They were the most honest kindest people i ever dealt with at a shop they will not scam you or trick you or make you think you need things fixed that are not the problem they actually listened to me when i told them something was still not right they did not leave me high and dry with this problem he was never once rude or frustrated towards me this car and it was hard to diagnose but this man went out his way to make sure he found the problem and fixed it on his own dime to reassure me i was in good hands NEVER in my life have i ever dealt with such amazing customer service down to his staff and his wife Lynn who always kept me updated and so quick and polite wither her responses! I've always been scared to bring my car to places due to being screwed over in the past by places no these people i would 1000% recommend this place to everyone with confidence if you are looking for a honest reasonable trustworthy place to bring your car THIS IS IT! Look no where else i will never bring my car to another place again besides here 10/10 highly recommend i will forever be grateful for Scott and son's and all that they did for me. My car was a pain in the butt but the did not give up! And words cant describe how thankful i am for all that they did for me. Scott & Sons or NOTHING ! do not bring your car nowhere else!”

“Martin Tire and Auto Repair is located on Park Ave. I stopped in to ck a tire sensor that would not shut off even though my tires were full. I was told the sensor was blown and to pay cash it would be less and take about 15 minutes to fix. Excellent service. Trustworthy & because I just stopped in cold I appreciate that I was taken on the spot. Fair prices and respectful service. Closed on the weekend. I will use this shop for future work when needed.”

“Great experience all around, the folks at Hoey are knowledgeable, helpful, and made a stressful process easy.

I got a flat and decided it was a good time to replace all 4 tires. Unfortunately the dealership (Tesla) couldn’t fit me in for 6 weeks.

So I called Hoey Tire, talked about tire choice, got a quote, and had my car back on the road in about 48 hours. I was able to get the same OEM tires that the dealership would have installed for 20% less and significantly quicker by going with Hoey.
