“I can’t say enough about how amazing Paul is!! He is truly passionate about his work, which translates directly into the pieces that he produced for us. I described my vision to him and he took very detailed notes. Throughout the process, he was also open to changes, regardless of how many. In the end, I was beyond happy with the bouquet, decor for the trellis and our centerpieces. I hope that he is able to continue this work for as long as possible!”

“I popped into this nursery for the first time and was pleasantly surprised! The owners are a sweet elderly couple who are very friendly and immediately ready to help upon your arrival. They have everything from out door landscaping plants, to indoor potted plants to everything you may need to take care of plants and even decor for your garden and house. They have a wide variety of indoor plants and the cutest pots and vessels to put them in! Francine was very knowledgeable about the indoor plants and her husband was very knowledgeable about the outdoor plants. They recently got a shipment in of more rare indoor plants including little thai constellations and Shiveriana moonshine. They had huge boxes that were about to be unpacked full of all sorts of beautiful pots to put your plants in too with regular shipments of new plants and pots and decor. They are decently priced as well. I highly recommend you swing in and wander around! The place is much bigger than you expect!”

“Most if the store seems very well organized and well stocked although some of their product seems to be relatively slow to restock when it runs out. I wish they had a better spray paint supply as well.Employees are all very friendly and helpful. I have had zero negative experience with employees and they have all gone out if their way to help and talk with me, especially the ones working self checkout and the paint department.The only reason it gets 4 stars instead of 5 for me is the lack of employees. There are times where it can be difficult to find anyone that isn't stationed at self checkout.”

“This rating is for the staff that work at Lowes in Worcester, MA. The Lowes company need improvement when it comes to how they want managers to handle their third party deliveries. That said, the staff that works at the Worcester store are terrific. After we had been bumped from the appointed delivery day, Jeremiah not only came through with a solid delivery time (that required talking directly to the person making the delivery) but also substituted a better quality product for us when he noticed that one item was no longer in stock. Jeremiah also called me three hours after the delivery was supposed to be made just to make sure the job was completed and done well. Bravo, Jeremiah. Berenice, a clerk at the Pro Shop entrance, was extremely helpful directing me to were to go and who to speak with. She also noticed I was quite stressed, turned to me and asked, "Do you need a hug?" Her hug made me smile and helped turn my day around. Thank you Berenice!”
