“A great little place filled with a variety of hand tools and corded and cordless power tools.Nice woodworking stationery machines when he can keep them on the floor.One of my friends has bought from the tool shed a beautiful jet mortiser with bits in perfect almost unused condition , also he had a gorgeous Delta shaper in mint condition for a very reasonable price.The inventory of stationary machines is up and down because of what is available for the store owner to purchase so you need to go in there regularly if you really want something specific or better yet tell the owner and he will probably give you a call if he gets in the machinery you're looking for.I've been buying woodworking tools and automotive tools for over 40 years and this is the last local place in Massachusetts I know of where you can find such deals and a variety of tools .”

“Staff was kind, knowledgeable, and ready/willing to help and they really go the extra mile in SHOWING someone where something is by escorting them to the item and explaining the variety. No other store does this anymore. They have great cheapo toys for the kids too. Little pricier but the kids always have a blast playing with those while I fix what I gotta fix. It's nice.”

“Most if the store seems very well organized and well stocked although some of their product seems to be relatively slow to restock when it runs out. I wish they had a better spray paint supply as well.Employees are all very friendly and helpful. I have had zero negative experience with employees and they have all gone out if their way to help and talk with me, especially the ones working self checkout and the paint department.The only reason it gets 4 stars instead of 5 for me is the lack of employees. There are times where it can be difficult to find anyone that isn't stationed at self checkout.”

“This rating is for the staff that work at Lowes in Worcester, MA. The Lowes company need improvement when it comes to how they want managers to handle their third party deliveries. That said, the staff that works at the Worcester store are terrific. After we had been bumped from the appointed delivery day, Jeremiah not only came through with a solid delivery time (that required talking directly to the person making the delivery) but also substituted a better quality product for us when he noticed that one item was no longer in stock. Jeremiah also called me three hours after the delivery was supposed to be made just to make sure the job was completed and done well. Bravo, Jeremiah. Berenice, a clerk at the Pro Shop entrance, was extremely helpful directing me to were to go and who to speak with. She also noticed I was quite stressed, turned to me and asked, "Do you need a hug?" Her hug made me smile and helped turn my day around. Thank you Berenice!”
