“just.. WOWi can honestly say i am so happy my dad told me to bring my car here. I haven been dealing with a on going issue with my car for years even brought my car to my dealership everyone always told me it was my struts i tried getting one fixed a few years ago but my car got worse i did not have money to fix my car until one day my car left me no choice as it started acting up and locking up while i was driving i brought my car here and they recommended i get new mounts and struts fast forward car came back and was still having the same issue even after the struts were replaced i was so frustrated and discouraged thinking i was never going to get this issue resolved and that i was going to get stuck paying for things to keep getting fixed without the problem being resolved i was scared because after fixing the car and it still being the same i was hopeless and in a hole But let me just say when Scott say's his work is guaranteed they are not lying! They were the most honest kindest people i ever dealt with at a shop they will not scam you or trick you or make you think you need things fixed that are not the problem they actually listened to me when i told them something was still not right they did not leave me high and dry with this problem he was never once rude or frustrated towards me this car and it was hard to diagnose but this man went out his way to make sure he found the problem and fixed it on his own dime to reassure me i was in good hands NEVER in my life have i ever dealt with such amazing customer service down to his staff and his wife Lynn who always kept me updated and so quick and polite wither her responses! I've always been scared to bring my car to places due to being screwed over in the past by places no these people i would 1000% recommend this place to everyone with confidence if you are looking for a honest reasonable trustworthy place to bring your car THIS IS IT! Look no where else i will never bring my car to another place again besides here 10/10 highly recommend i will forever be grateful for Scott and son's and all that they did for me. “Martin Tire and Auto Repair is located on Park Ave. I stopped in to ck a tire sensor that would not shut off even though my tires were full. I was told the sensor was blown and to pay cash it would be less and take about 15 minutes to fix. Excellent service. Trustworthy & because I just stopped in cold I appreciate that I was taken on the spot. Fair prices and respectful service. Closed on the weekend. I will use this shop for future work when needed.”

“I found Joe when he was at a different location and he fix the convertible top on my 2007 BMW 650i and knew exactly what the problem was. Next I took it to him for rear shocks. He and his crew did a great job and I believe pays more attention to detail than the BMW dealership. I will take all my cars to him in the future. I am going in for front struts on my BMW and I have every confidence that the results will be superior. I will keep you folks posted.”
“Great experience all around, the folks at Hoey are knowledgeable, helpful, and made a stressful process easy.
I got a flat and decided it was a good time to replace all 4 tires. Unfortunately the dealership (Tesla) couldn’t fit me in for 6 weeks.
So I called Hoey Tire, talked about tire choice, got a quote, and had my car back on the road in about 48 hours. I was able to get the same OEM tires that the dealership would have installed for 20% less and significantly quicker by going with Hoey.

“Great sales and service departments
LInder's provides a no nonsense, no pressure sales team. You can literally make a deal in less than an hour. There is no haggling, the price is the price. At least you know you pay the same as anyone else would pay. I've bought new cars and with all the sales tactics it takes hours and hours to make the deal and then you leave thinking "did I get a deal?"
The service department is always very pleasant and they do provide loaner cars. The comfortable waiting room with free coffee and snacks is a big plus. Other dealers should take a lesson from Linder's on how to treat customers both in sales and service.”

“Steve Campanale runs a modest one man garage in Worcester. He has been repairing our cars (Toyotas and Hondas) for almost 15 years. He is diligent, extremely capable, and unfailingly honest and reliable. If he says that your car will be ready by a certain time, you can count on it being ready by that time. He communicates clearly and allows the customer to make the decision about what to repair and how to repair it. He is especially good at diagnosis and he will offer the customer the most economical method of repair appropriate to the car. He will take care of your car; if he tells you that a belt needs to be changed in the next year or that you need new rotors on your brakes, you will do well to follow his advice. Steve's rates are very competitive; he never overcharges and generally doesn't charge for trivial fixes. On rare occasions he will refer a repair to a specialty garage if that repair is outside of his expertise. The only point against Steve is that he may be booked up when you call and you may have to wait as much as a week for a non urgent repair. In my experience, however, it is always worth the wait to have Steve do the repair.”

“This was the first time I tried this shop and I was impressed at all levels. They took their time and did a great job on my 2020 Range Rover. Following a complete video review of the car, including Diagnostics for EVERYTHING, they gave me an aggressive price on the work. The price for my brakes was $300 less than the dealer. They sought out several different vendors for a set of hard-to-find tires and ended up coming in below what I could find on the Internet. You will be doing yourself a great disservice if you do not try Premier for your next repair. I was surprised to learn that they only have this one location but look out below. This may be the next National chain for auto repair. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Jack from Worcester.”
