Every medication I require they always have, and if on occasion they don't have it, they order and have it within a day or two. “This is literally the best pharmacy I have ever been to. The wonderful proprietors really care about their customers, how much they pay for prescriptions, how quickly they get their prescriptions and how easy they are to communicate with. There are so few Mom and pop shops left in Boston, it really is a hidden gem. When I first signed up, they asked me what I was allergic to, and I realized that no pharmacist had ever asked me that before. A very concerning thought, when you think about the fact that these people are managing our health to a certain extent. I like this pharmacy so much that I will go out of my way to process my prescriptions there. 10/10 recommend. Keep these people in business!”

Capsule comes through everytime I need a prescription immediately and cannot wait for 2 weeks before mail order scripts will be delivered.
There text notifications are immediate. Delivery is perfect!”

“This CVS is wonderful. One of the Managers Korey I believe helped me on a Sunday at a busy time. I had been there the day prior and literally purchased something and left it on the counter. In no time at all he went through the security video footage and I was out the door with what I purchased the day prior (but forgot to literally pick up off the counter and put in my bag). He volunteered to help out ASAP and I hadn't asked for him searching the camera. Thank you!”

When I was abroad on vacation, they called me to ask if I would be picking up my meds, I requested they please hold my meds an additional 10 days and they sure did. On another instance, I called to request proof of payment for an rx and they expeditiously mailed it. Really impressed overall with their efficiency. I also sometimes use coupons to buy my meds and they are always patient and try to help me.”

The store was having payment issues with the self checkout, but staff was very courteous and helpful to the patron requiring assistance. We were able to get in and out in a very short amount of time.”
“I was having problem looking for a hair grayed away touch up pencil. I have asked two male employees, and both of them just told me to head to a a specific aisle.But I still didn't find it, not one of those two employees bother to even ask me if I found it. , until one female employee passed by and asked me if am doing OK & if I need any help. She helped me all the way, escorted me and didn't stop until we found what am looking for. What an amazing worker with an A+ customer service. She was also demonstrating a good command of leadership. She knows how to take care & please a customer.She is definitely a great asset to CVS company. It is definitely very hard to find such an excellent employee with such dedication & strong desire to truly help their daily customers from all walks of life. “I believe this is the third or 4th time I’ve been to the CVS on WoodBridge Street in Winthrop,Ma.Truthfully, I have to say that this store put a great team together!This is the first time I’ve been to a CVS where the coupons and discounts were all applied ….and….. applied correctly, very important to a senior citizen, especially when paying $10 for a Carepass each month !( I don’t think there should be a chargefor the Carepass….. it is sort of likecharging for parking at a Casino).I was impressed that the employees, including the manager were all professional and helpful.However, I was most impressed by a student named Julian. He would be an asset to any store location, or hospital when he gets his pharmacy degree. Julian is the role model of customer service… knowledgeable, friendly, smiling, efficient and helpful. Personality plus ….& I’m not exaggerating.I have taken the time to write this review because I’ve been very disappointed in other CVS locations in the last three or four years and have looked for alternatives frequently.However, I will come back to this CVS location given the great impression that they have made on me thus far.Marie”
