There are community events and fundraisers very regularly that not only build the gym community but also support meaningful impact. Have loved this gym and community and sad to move away from it.”

I went when I was visiting my friend 6 months ago and we both went twice this past weekend. The programming is awesome, the coaches superb (especially Dr. Dion who is incredibly knowledgeable of all things exercise science, in fact he teaches exercise science), the community welcoming (my jump rope came undone in the middle of a wod, coach ran to get me a new one but one of the athletes let me share hers during the workout), and the gym is spacious. If we lived in the area we would be members in a heartbeat. Will need to settle with coming every time we're in the area.”
