“My boyfriend and I just got approved for an apartment here. I have to give a shoutout to Todd who we've been working with through the entire touring/application process. When I made the appointment online for a tour, he followed up right away to confirm the appointment and give all the details we needed. We showed up for our appointment early after being stood up for a tour at a different apartment complex beforehand and he took us right away. He gave us a tour of all the amenities and a couple apartment layouts we were interested in. He was so friendly, informative, thorough and answered any questions we had. When we applied he immediately reached out to let us know he received our application, when he would be reviewing it and when we were approved. We truly appreciate his kindness, responsiveness and excellent communication through the whole process. Other leasing offices we interacted with were not nearly as professional, friendly or responsive. It made everything so smooth and stress-free. We are very excited to move in soon!”

“Found a great 1 level apartment at Taylor Pond for our Mother. In the 8 years of residence there she was very pleased with living accommodations, pleasant surroundings and location to several services including Lahey hospital, etc. The staff at Taylor Pond in the leasing office were always accommodating in treating her like she was the only resident with stellar service. Whenever there was maintenance to be done in the apartment the maintenance people were always there promptly and had whatever needed fixing done in a timely manner including any emergency services. Added to the service provided our family became acquainted with the great staff in the leasing office, in particular Arthur. Always warm and friendly to Mom and our family-helpful in every way. We cannot Thank You enough for looking after whatever she needed. She enjoyed living at Taylor Pond in every way. We will definitely recommend Village Taylor Pond for anyone in need.”

“Just documented some move in existing damage noted in the one bathroom (mirror and cabinet). Some Clorox bleach needed to clean some existing black mold from the shower enclosure caulking. The stove gas was shut off and I needed to place a call to your maintenance technician to assist the tenants how to restart the gas connection.”

“Living at RE150 has been an amazing experience, especially moving from the suburbs to closer to the city. Mark, Kathleen, and Lakara have all been wonderful and welcoming during our two year stay here. Their management style and compassion go a long way to support the operations here. The community is constantly cleaned and the amenities are a great addition. The gym is always clean and machines are regularly serviced. The common areas offer extra space for work or hanging with friends, or making new friends with neighbors! Another positive is the covered parking that is available at the apartment complex - so hard to find close to the city. One of my favorite perks of living here is being able to walk along the river on a daily basis and see so many cute dogs! I recommend this building to anyone looking to move to the Boston area!”

“My 12th years son and I lived there for more than two years and we have very good memories, the administration was always very kind, even though my English is very bad, they were always patient, the maintenance staff were all very friendly, and the neighbors were always respectful, very quiet Comfortable place to live. When I return to Boston, I will surely look for this place to be our home again”

“You would never get the fast response from maintenance anywhere other than the Villas. It was prompt and efficient. The light fixtures were replaced in both the kitchen and the dining room and they are operating perfectly. Thank you, Paul and Team!”

“Honestly, this is a great apartment to live at especially if you want all the amenities that you need in one place. This place is kind of like a huge commune, does that make sense? Basically, it feels like you can have everything you need from gym to coworking workspaces to hosting spaces to rooftops to dog friendly amenities. Everything is here.One person that has been really helpful is Mike Stelmack. He is one of the property managers here. He always goes above and beyond to help us with whatever problems we have as residents here. One time I was having trouble connecting my MacBook to the amenity space TV, and he helped us plug everything in and showed us how to use the TVs which was great. They plan little community events and little pop-ups that are really nice. One time they had Tous Les Jours bakery goods in the lobby which was awesome.Mike has also been helpful whenever I need to print Amazon return labels. If I’m confused, how to use the printer will help me figure it out. Otherwise, he’ll just print it for me.Also, if I have trouble finding one of my packages in the Amazon hub or in the mailing room, he’ll get up right away and help me find it. If Amazon or other mail carriers leave packages in the double doors area he also helps move our packages to the secure area. Honestly, this guy has been really friendly and ever since he joined the management a year ago, he has made our experience way better at this apartment because the management is a lot friendlier with him around.i know a long time ago there was a water leak but we have never had an issue with that ever so I dont think that should deter you from here.I also really like that this place is bug free because I hate bugs.”

“Lucy gave us a tour and was amazing! She was very knowledgeable on the apartments. We were interested in a 2 bedroom but none were available to tour. Lucy showed as a 1 bedroom and helped us visualize what a 2 bedroom would look like and let us know that she would call us as soon as a 2 bedroom was available to tour.”

“Leasing team (met with Tim) is very friendly and responsive. Corridors have leaks when touring, but the apartment itself looks nice enough. Didn't end up signing the lease due to personal reasons but the process was rather pleasant.”

“Drew and Mitchell in the leasing office are so kind and very attentive - and always try to help/make issues right. After living here for 1.5 years in a 1 bedroom, enjoyed it here so much that I decided to move into a 2 bedroom in the same building. The walls are sufficiently insulated, the free parking is a great perk, and while it might not have everything, it's great for the cost of the rent.”

“Really enjoyed my time renting here. This is a great location in Arlington. Close to downtown Arlington and also Cambridge/Watertown/Belmont. Staff has been helpful when I have needed repairs or help. My apartment had ample room and good light! If you are looking for a low-key(not very noisy) apartment complex with a helpful staff, this place is for you! (also very close to Whole Foods, Trader Joes, CVS and other essentials which has been so convenient!)”
