The Williamstown Walgreens is immaculate. The shelves are well maintained and everything is marked. The staff is very friendly. Easy to get the updated flu shot too.

Why is your pharmacy only open during the hours people work? Mon-Fri, 9-6 PM; who are those hours for? Most of the people I know are working and can’t get there.The staff is nice and not the problem at all. The corporate jerks closed the North Adams one, where I live, and moved all my prescriptions to this one. How am I supposed to pick up my prescriptions and get my second shingles shot one town over when they’re only open when I’m at work?Whoever decides hours, stop with your elitest bankers hours for a pharmacy, stop pretending this is something you do for your pharmacy staff, and open during hours when most people aren’t working.I don’t know if the corporate chumps are to blame or if this is a franchise situation, but whoever the rich person is making these decisions, I don’t like you.

Tried calling six times. Each time I asked for a person I was placed on hold then hung up on. Very annoying!

*PHARMACY REVIEW* Not open on weekends anymore , the pharmacist was injured and out of the office for an extended period of time so pharmacy was closed for weeks at a time with no notice except when you stopped into Walgreens there was a note "pharmacy closed" with no explanation, short staffed and long lines(give yourself at least a 40 min window when picking up prescriptions), they send email/text notifications(repeatedly!!) that your prescriptions are ready for pick up then when you get there they are not filled or ready for pick up. Had a new prescription called in yesterday and called ahead today to make sure it would be available for pick up when I get out of work and was told "they haven't had access to their prescriptions in two days , have 70 prescriptions to fill...call back in a couple hours" then was hung up on. Thank God my prescriptions are not a matter of life or death!!!

Tried refilling my prescription and then the bot on the phone said it was connecting me to someone even though I entered my prescription correctly. I was on hold for twenty minutes and ultimately gave up. Very frustrating!

I’ve been standing in the pick-up line for ten minutes and have yet to be acknowledged by any of the four employees, including the manager, behind the counter. Run, don’t walk, somewhere else.

The pharmacy in incredibly understaffed. Understaffed is fine but they literally make you feel like they don't care. The lines are super long no matter the time of day.

Since the change of "label" from Rite Aid to Walgreens, things have been bad (it seems as if regional management is trying to run off customers so they can close this store). Wait times for shots are very, very long. There are other, better options in the area.

Waited on the phone to speak to pharmacist for one hour, then got hung up on.Went into store, my prescriptions weren’t ready after I called them in hours & hours previously.They then told me that my meds would take “ten minutes” to fill…. Well, as you can imagine, “ten minutes “ turned into 40 minutes.I’m working on switching my pharmacy needs to a different location. Very unsatisfied customer.Ps…. My son called the pharmacy to speak to a pharmacist today& lo & behold…. He waited for 45 minutes without the phone being picked up!Horrible service!
