Tried calling six times. Each time I asked for a person I was placed on hold then hung up on. Very annoying!

Tried refilling my prescription and then the bot on the phone said it was connecting me to someone even though I entered my prescription correctly. I was on hold for twenty minutes and ultimately gave up. Very frustrating!

I’ve been standing in the pick-up line for ten minutes and have yet to be acknowledged by any of the four employees, including the manager, behind the counter. Run, don’t walk, somewhere else.
