“I have used Ziprint about 4-5 times in the last 3 years. They've always done a get job. This time around, I had to give them a review (something I don't do) because the owner when above and beyond for my family. We lost our daughter Grace who died 3 days after birth and needed bookmarks to give our to family members and friends. We contacted Ziprint and asked if they could do this in less than 24 and they accepted. They owner stayed after hours to complete our order. We picked it up at 9:15 pm since her funeral was early the next morning. Plus, he made extras for us. This is what I call an exceptional service being rendered to a grieving family. I will recommend Ziprint to anyone anyday. Thank you again Ziprint for being there for us when we needed you.”

“Had my entire Family get together for a Christmas party/reunion. Family came from all across the country. Everyone made it ! 32 family members. Only ones missing was our Mom and Dad . This was there total offspring, Including Grand Children, Great Grand Children. Brought the proofs to Tara and explained I wanted to somehow Impose My Mom and Dad in the upper corner as if they were looking down to see what had become of there small 4 child family. Tara looked at me then the picture and was not even a bit troubled of how to do this. Like she could see my vision. Next day she sent me her proof ! Holly Cow exactly what I had envisioned. She made me eleven copies for all the family's. Shelves full of Frames ! And there Prices were literally hundreds below expectations. The Best People, The Best Prices Thanks Tara ! You completed my family's Vision...”
“I needed some handbooks and big signs printed for a Professional Summit at the very last minute, and Lester at Sir Speedy was SO helpful. He was highly-communicative and always available to answer my (many) questions. Sir Speedy provided proofs so we could ensure color-matching and pick the paper style we liked. They helped me on a last minute package and offer printed out a shipping label, which was send to my email as an attachment. I could have missed our client’s deadline of the delivery without the staff’s help. A big thanks to the gentlemen who is working on 5/21 around 6 pm.”
“The employees at this UPS are truly the epitome of above and beyond. There was a line due to the Amazon kiosk being down, and the employees stayed calm while trying to additionally assist myself and others waiting for the kiosk. I quickly learned about the nuisances and complications of shipping a package to Canada, which is international, and the amount of in-head knowledge this job requires. The employees were so patient and reasonable with the customers, who were frustrated at not understanding cost, etc. Both customers by the end were happy and delighted by the help and resolution they got from the employees.
Normally, you'd probably think - why write a review for a UPS? But the service from the employees was so 'above and beyond' that it needed to be recognized.”

I am always working late and I show up late with documents I need printed out for the next day and he always stays late and doesn't get mad at all which is amazing. “Love the decals I got for our cars. The silver was difficult to remove, and did tear slightly, Air Graphics did offer to replace it, but it's hardly noticeable. Customer service was great, as they were willing to work with me over the phone and add a last minute addition to the order. After all this hard work, hey, don't forget to make your own sign! You start to doubt you're in the right place since there's no giant sign over the top of your store. I miss them in the mall, but the quality has not changed.”
