“The staff does a very good job expediting things and righting people's wrongs... wrong label, supposed to be boxed. They get it. Regardless, things have to move along, or there is a line out the door. I swear they designed the store this way to stress staff out! Lol. But they are quick and nice, and they do a very good job to engage, but also get folks moving along. Good job team!”

When I went in, Kalpana helped me out with my request and remembered that I called ahead. She was friendly and attentive despite having a busy day.”

“Love the decals I got for our cars. The silver was difficult to remove, and did tear slightly, Air Graphics did offer to replace it, but it's hardly noticeable. Customer service was great, as they were willing to work with me over the phone and add a last minute addition to the order. After all this hard work, hey, don't forget to make your own sign! You start to doubt you're in the right place since there's no giant sign over the top of your store. I miss them in the mall, but the quality has not changed.”
