“Let me start by saying this is a five star review unless you have a fish. Hello, welcome to my review of the Popped Pouch. You will think this should be a one star review if you only had a fish, but you will not think it is a one star EXPERIENCE. It's a four Star experience plus one star if you have a cat or dog. This brings it to the fifth star. The P*** Porch has everything you'd dream of if you have dogful/catful fishless inside living. It's small but packed with canine and feline marineless necessities. Cool treats and quirky fun toys for pets as long as they are cats or dogs. They have one employee and sometimes that employee changes but the previous one comes back the next day and the newer one leaves until the first one is done with Jury Duty or whatever. They don't sell any fish food, or it might be in the back or something, just ask the employee if it's the first guy, he might say "no" though. I'm sure he says it in a nice way with a little animal pun joke.”
“If you live in Scituate or Cohasset this is the best store to get all your pet supplies. Warm welcoming staff and great selection of pet food, pet treats, collars, dog toys, and accessories. Great prices as well. No need to drive 20 or 30 minutes anymore to get everything I need for my dog.”
“Love this store! Colleen and Brittany go out of their way to help me every week. I come here to shop on behalf of a food pantry so I buy a large quantity of wet and dry dog and cat food every time I come. They help me get the best deals to make our limited budget stretch far (our clients love the PSP store brand, which is the best pricing!) Colleen helps me fill my cart, Brittany organizes everything for me at the counter and they both help me load my cart back up, and then Colleen always helps fill my car. They always remind me to put in my phone number and earn rewards - and those add up!! The store is always clean and organized and easy to navigate. I always have a great experience shopping here on the weekends, when other stores are usually so busy and the staff can't make time for anyone. Here, you feel like you're the only customer in the store every time you ask for assistance. Colleen and Brittany work so hard to keep this place running well!”
“Awesome little shop. Staff is super kind and friendly. They always have nice brands and great foods. Nobody nearby sells Open Farm so it's nice to have a local spot. A bit small inside so if it's busy be prepared to wait/squeeze by but overall it's an awesome little shop. Found out about them through their Portland Maine shop and will be back many times to come.”

“I was nervous bringing in our rescue dog for an urgently needed bath after she went exploring in mud and muck. She was pretty nervous but we were able to get it done easily! The owner couldn't have been kinder or more patient with my 3 talkative curious kids! We will be back soon! What a great local service to have available!”

“My 12 year-old Maltese went to dog heaven in June due to congestive heart failure. He didn’t eat anything for the last couple of days so he was very weak. The day he went to heaven, we came back from the vet and he ate his favorite chicken treats and looked so happy. I am forever grateful that I got to see that. Thanks Mike and your team for making my dogs favorite treats. ❤️”

“Love this spot! I visit here everytime I'm in Boston. All the treats are made fresh, what I really like about them is that your dogs can try the treats on the spot. This way you don't have to guess whether your dog would like something it or not! I have also bought their lobster and crab toy and they are still in good condition and very good quality!”

“The last two years I have gotten my dog's birthday cake from here! I have had it shipped both times and both times the cakes came well packaged and still perfectly put together! They are absolutely adorable. Their cakes are chicken free, which is great since my dog has an allergy. I love how you can specify a theme and color you want. My dog absolutely loves the cake and literally pulled it out of my hands last night to eat it! When reaching out to the company on instagram with questions and customizations, they are so friendly and helpful! They even reached out to clarify that the hot dog toppers had chicken and asked what I would like instead. My friends have now also gotten cakes here and their dogs loved their cakes as well. I highly recommend!!”
“Superb customer service always greeted at the door kris the assistant manager and Tracy the cashier are always working so hard they have both went above and beyond on numerous occasions there extremely helpful the dog and cat sections are always extremely clean and well organized if I can’t find something Tracy is always there to help me. “The young woman who helped me - I think her name was Katanya, but I am not sure - was exceptionally proactive in comprehending what I needed right from the start. It was Happy Returns. She asked careful if I had the QR code for the cost I was returning to LandsEnd, and she helped me find it on my phone. She then went out of her way to tell me that I had a $10.00 credit at Petco, but that it would expire in a couple of days. She got a carriage and led me to the kitty litter section. She found one that had $5:00 off! Having asked if I would like that one, she loaded it into the carriage. She said that after ringing it up, she would help me take it out to my car!Such friendliness and kindness to an 84 year old woman! She told me about all the animals she takes care of at home.It was an amazing experience to be given such practical help, to have saved so much money and to speak with someone who genuinely loves her job, loves animals and people!!!”

“Your groomer was awesome, absolutely awesome. Our dog is very nervous, HGH anxiety. She gets very scared when I bring her to the groomer. Your grooming tech was fantastic, very patient with her, and very caring. It made all the difference, our dog had a much much less stressful experience.”

“My Rottweiler has a spinal injury. I can get him into the tub, and they have a ramp if you need it. The equipment is excellent. I wish my hairdryer was as strong! I like that you get a kit with a towel, a rubber curry comb, a metal comb, and a soft brush. The place is clean. The people are super!! It’s a great business!”

“The interior of Quincy Aquarium is not picturesque, but don't let that deter you! The owner is very friendly and the selection of goldfish surpasses any other physical store I've been to in Eastern Mass. The stock can fluctuate - likely due to post pandemic shipping issues - but when it's good, it's great!”

“This store has everything you would expect from an animal store. This store has so many animals on property. It's great to see the animals you could potentially be getting in person. I have been in and out multiple times and have never had a bad experience. The owners were nothing but helpful when I shared I wanted to get 4 baby ducks. They not only helped me prepare my set up but also shared things I should and should not do in their enclosure. They didn't complain when I called every day to see if the ducklings arrived. I enjoy this store and will be going back!”
