I come here to shop on behalf of a food pantry so I buy a large quantity of wet and dry dog and cat food every time I come. They help me get the best deals to make our limited budget stretch far (our clients love the PSP store brand, which is the best pricing!) Colleen helps me fill my cart, Brittany organizes everything for me at the counter and they both help me load my cart back up, and then Colleen always helps fill my car. They always remind me to put in my phone number and earn rewards - and those add up!! The store is always clean and organized and easy to navigate. I always have a great experience shopping here on the weekends, when other stores are usually so busy and the staff can't make time for anyone. Here, you feel like you're the only customer in the store every time you ask for assistance. Colleen and Brittany work so hard to keep this place running well!”

The owner is very friendly and the selection of goldfish surpasses any other physical store I've been to in Eastern Mass. The stock can fluctuate - likely due to post pandemic shipping issues - but when it's good, it's great!”

“The product I was looking for was in stock so I purchased it, along with treats ~ which were on sale for my cats.I didn't purchase any fish because I had a lot of errands to run but I am Always Impressed with the cleanliness of the aquariums and the store.I've also been Very Impressed with the level of knowledge & care the Aquatics Dept Employees have & show.I was greeted & asked multiple times if I needed any assistance. “The Vetco in Quincy Center has been a very pleasant surprise. The online scheduling process is very easy. The reminder texts are well thought out so that most of the administration is completed before you step in the front door. Once you arrive, the staff and vets are organized and make for a very smooth experience. All the prices are listed on the website, the packages make sense and are easy to understand. All the receipts and records are emailed to you a few mins after the appointment.Dealing with the local vets in Dorchester and Southie has been a nightmare. They don't list any prices and the prices vary widely for offices within a half or quarter mile of each other. When they do tell you the price, it feels like negotiating with a car dealership. Some vets try to charge additional exam fees, some just gouge new customers. It was especially weird having to ask one vet for a hard copy of the vaccination records so that I'd have a copy. It's the first thing many doggie daycares and groomers ask for and the vet made it seem like my request was out of the ordinary.Feel free to do your own research, but you'll just learn to appreciate how friendly and transparent this Vetco is. We've been back twice and plan to keep coming back. The prices make sense and the experience is excellent. Getting your pet vaccinated should be an easy, quick and straight forward process like this.”
