Apparently you need an account to do literally anything here. Can't exchange coins without an account. I was turned away with no option to exchange with a fee. Employees don't wear masks in case anyone is wondering. Rude as can be. I certainly don't ever intend on opening an account here based off of this interaction.

Unprofessional and wants to make up lies. Tell the truth to your customers about their account and communicate with them rather than having them contact their attorney and go through the whole process. If I find out you have been messing with my money, plan on being sued and ready to pay.

Great bank we've been customers 30 year's. tellers always helpful. loan dept was easy to work with when getting a loan. their free paper shredding service yearly was awesome too.
