“Being homeless is hard on you so when I arrived with my wagon full of stuff I left everything in the lobby near the security guard. I checked in with lesha and we talked for a little while to discuss what apartment I was interested in. After we talked for a while I gave her my mass ID and she gave me the information for the apartment that I was going to look at. One of the tenants in the building helped me figure out how to use the elevator and when I got to the apartment on the 13th floor I couldn't figure out how to open the door so I went back and talked to lesha again. She helped me figure out how to open the door and then I went and checked out this beautiful beautiful one bedroom apartment on the 13th floor. I don't necessarily like the refrigerator but it's uniquely different. The apartment was not made for handicapped individual but it was nice just the same had plenty of room plenty of closet space and there's so many possibilities of how you can decorate this one bedroom apartment. There's enough space across from the kitchen to put a little dining table and some chairs and then close to the window would be your living room so you'd be able to set up your flat screen TV a table a sofa whatever you want then in the bedroom it's big enough for like single bed or full size bed and you still have plenty of space for all the essentials you need you know trash can dresser whatever. They include with the apartment the refrigerator and a microwave and they have a washer and dryer stacked on top of each other when you first come in the door to the apartment. It also includes a dishwasher and a very unique looking oven and stove combination. The only thing I noticed was that the oven and stove are like handicap accessible. The stove is one of those electric cooktop ranges and then underneath is a small standard oven. I don't plan on cooking too much for the holidays in this place it's just not big enough to put in a 10 lb turkey and make all the pies the cakes and the stuffing and big macaroni and cheese that I normally make. I don't like being up high I prefer being down low when it comes to these high rise apartments but this was a very nice place. I enjoyed help everything looked and I enjoyed talking with the security guard and lesha. Thank you for the beautiful experience.”

“We lived at the property for almost 2 years. The maintenance team (led by Mandio) there always went above and beyond whenever we needed them the most. We had our water boiler, air conditioner and dishwasher all give out within weeks of each other. We could have had a very bad experience but thankfully they were there to make sure our issues were promptly fixed and stayed in constant communication while doing so.They were always professional, attentive, and responsive when we needed them. Availability is key for a team like theirs and they exceeded expectations every single time they were needed.
From the very beginning to the very end, Mandio made sure everything went as smooth as possible whenever we had any issues.”

The apartments are comfortable and spacious, and the maintenance team has been excellent—any issues were resolved within 2 days. The landscaping is beautifully maintained. The location is also great, which makes living here convenient.
The only drawbacks are that the gym can get crowded during peak hours, and the pool tends to be busy on hot summer days.”

“I had a great experience here. I had only planned on staying for a short time but ended up staying for a little over a year. It’s a great location, close to public transportation, grocery stores, bars and restaurants. Lori and Kevin always greeted me with a smile and treated me with nothing but kindness and respect for the entirety of my stay. The property was well maintained. They also have a maid who takes out your trash, vacuums the rooms and cleans the bathrooms weekly. Any time I had a question or concern, Kevin was quick to get back to me. (I accidentally broke a handle off my dresser drawer and it was replaced by Kevin the same day!) If you have a few minutes to stop and talk to the other tenants, you’ll find that they have a nice little community over there. Overall, it’s a nice place with nice people and a good homely atmosphere.”

“Lenox farms is a beautiful community. Built 2009 so relatively newly built in 2009 with all new appliances, Beautiful granite countertops and walnut flooring this place is definitely a feat. I did a tour today of two separate units, both an apartment and a townhome complete with two bedroom units and wow! They are absolutely gorgeous, Contain garages, smart thermostats, loads of storage space and the complexes amenities are vast including a pool with cabanas, a playground, dog washing facility’s, a beautiful community building and more! Upon arriving for my 11:30am tour today, along with my PCA, I was greeted by Micheal who works the front desk of the community. Micheal showed complete professionalism, compassion, and straight forward- clear responses to all of my questions and concerns! Very kind gentleman that highly complements the already very inviting atmosphere Lenox Farms radiates. Thank you for taking the time to listen, point me in the right directions and guide me through my inquires Micheal, god bless and I hope to be seeing you on a regular basis very soon!

“I can't complain.
I placed some orders through Amazon a month before my stay, and they stored them without problems (they only charge you US$5 per package). The location is excellent, in a beautiful neighborhood like Back Bay.
The excellent room. The bed is large and with many pillows. They leave you many towels in the bathroom. They may forget to replace the items used in a bathroom, but it doesn't matter.
They offer you complimentary breakfast, without knowing it beforehand. Breakfast is simple, with juice, coffee, fruits, croissants, muffins and that's it.
They have a 24-hour lounge room, where you can serve yourself water, tea or coffee with Starbucks capsules with cream.
It exceeded my expectations. I would go again.”

“We, generally, had a good experience with Sun Property Group. Our service requests were frequently fulfilled in an expedient manner and the management portal was easy to use.
We did have some minor issues with communication, particularly after our apartment was transferred from Adam to a newer SPG employee who clearly didn't care, and whenever there was an issue that required SPG interaction with the landlord and/or HOA of the building.”
