“I've lived here since 2020. I love the community, the property my neighbors and all the four legged furbabies!! My cats and I love our apartment, it's spacious and it's home.We've had some issues since living here, I can say this though. Anytime I've reached out to Tom in the leasing office about an issue he has addressed it. At times, not right away because it was something that may take sometime and can't be addressed overnight. I do know and I'm thankful Anytime I've ever reached out to him he's responded and followed up with me. In the four years I've been here, I see the improvements and things don't happen overnight, however I've seen the improvements and see the positive. Thank you maintenance, staff, Tom, Jose, cleaning crew everyone for all you do and continue to try and do better because I see it. Thank you.”

“Been living here for almost 2 years and love it. The staff is amazing and they have been extremely responsive when we needed help. Maintenance requests are usually done quickly, and management had our back when we ran into an issue with another resident. (Hasn’t happened since)They occasionally plan events for the residents and they’re usually fun! It really helps to meet your neighbors.Perfect spot if you’re a dog owner too. There’s a small dog park and dog wash room which we use a lot!Apartments are very nice and soundproof, you rarely hear your neighbors.All of the amenities are kept clean as well. I use the gym, yoga room, and pool quite a bit and it is always well maintained.Highly recommend!”

“Living at West of Chestnut (WoC) has been nothing short of a wonderful experience. Yes, the apartment and complex itself is nice - but the best part about living here is the staff.
The leasing office staff (Annie, Devon and Zack) are amazing, I often find myself stopping by to chat. If anything comes up they are very quick to answer questions or resolve issues. The maintenance staff (Adam and his team) are top tier. The few problems I’ve had with my apartment/utilities have been fixed quickly and with care. One of my electrical issues required follow-up and they stayed on top of it, coordinating outside electricians to come
The apartments here are not the cheapest, but for me the extra cost has been worth it many times over for the piece of mind I have living here. It’s prime location right next to the Quincy Center T and commuter rail stops. There are plenty of great restaurants along Hancock St. right around the corner.
Luxury apartments are a serious commitment, I consider myself very lucky to have ended up at WoC.”

550 Liberty St, Braintree“I sold my house and have been living here for several months and we really are enjoying it. We looked at several communities and this was the best one we saw. Mostly professionals with not a lot of screaming kids. Also very convenient to a lot of places including Boston. The units are uniquely designed and really nice. Best part is that management is very responsive to any requests. Recommend it.”

“We stayed in room 17 for three nights. That is a quite spot. The room was clean. There is a large , well equipped kitchen down stairs where you can prepare your meals. This is a great , cheaper alternative as to where to stay when you want to explore the greater Boston area. They have off street parking and the managers communicate well.”

Neponset landing was where we spent the next ten months until the repairs were completed. I have to say the service was excellent. The staff there was always professional and respectful.
