Rent is high and only increases year by year by at $200 which is crazy, moved here 2021 and by 2023 I was paying $500 more in rent. When I moved there they use to water the grass on a regular, things got fixed, and the were more positives. They took things away and rent continued to grow with nothing included.

If you want to find a gold mine and settle down but then move right next door, come live here because management does not lift a finger unless they mean business.If you come to the apartment that I pay for without my consent again will you have a business?
