“2018 Honda Civic - 40K - needed new tires.Littleton Town Fair provided 10 star customer service when the non-OEM (better quality) tires I tried out caused lots of vibration - even on smooth road.Switched to the OEM Hankook Kynergy GT tires, and ride is now back to normal.Seems like this generation of Honda Civic was maximized for ride comfort with OEM.Cannot thank TF Littleton crew enough for support through this process.Highly recommend!”

I arrived a little early and I was immediately greeted by Mike who asked for my keys and had the service begun slightly ahead of schedule. Mike and Jimmy managed my expectations and their technician diagnosed potentially serious issues that I was unaware of before my visit. Mike provided me with an estimate for the work that they recommended so that I had it in writing and didn't have to try to remember what needed to be done and when. His turnaround times are quick, he’s flexible on scheduling, and he won’t let you down.”
“Gave em a call, had a lil laundry list for them to do, they told me Wednesday dropped it off early and it was done on that Wednesday, they filled me in with info on why my car was running as funky as it was, keep in mind they did engine work, tire issue fixed, oil change, and diagnostics b4 all that in one day, staff was very respectful, and courteous, had no worries about leaving my car there (first time ever there fyi). 11/10 Highly Recommend to anyone who has had bad experiences getting work done. They will surely get any job needed done!”

“After a recent storm damaged the exhaust pipe on my Audi I found myself at Village European through AAA recommendation.
I had to get the car towed and showed up at the shop without prior notice. Upon showing up Jake and Dave came out immediately and without hesitation inspected the damage and stopped the tow truck driver from removing my car so that they could protect my exhaust from further damage.
They got my car in for a look same day despite every spot in the lot being full.
All the work they did was communicated to me efficiently , well documented and felt professional. They repaired my vehicle within 48 hours and serviced it as well.
I appreciate their diligence and communication. I will be back.”
