Eastern Bank in Westford has great customer service. My mother died recently and I needed to have a satisfaction of mortgage notarized. Even though I am not a customer there (yet), they let me come in 30 seconds before they closed and notarized all the paperwork I needed -- for free. Incredibly kind and helpful.
